Where we come from
Powertech UB, and what we brought with us.
We design, install and maintain the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems that keep buildings running — and we do it with an eye on what they cost to run. Powertech Energy Solutions is the UK arm of Powertech UB, which has delivered M&E building services across India for over 26 years, from single retail fit-outs to campus-wide central plant. We opened the UK business in 2025 to bring that record to British buildings, at a point when heating and cooling are under more scrutiny than they have ever been.
How we work
Three things we hold to.
Numbers, not adjectives
Installed capacity, programme dates, response times and running costs. If we cannot measure a claim, we do not make it.
Compliance as standard
Statutory obligations are scheduled from day one of a contract, not remembered when an inspection is due.
Honest about scope
We say plainly what we hold, what we do not, and what is still in application. Overstating it gets found out at the first audit.
