We list status honestly, including where an application is still open. A contractor who overstates this gets found out at the first audit.

F-Gas company certificate

Legally required to install or service equipment containing fluorinated gases. Certification body: REFCOM. Individual engineers hold City & Guilds 2079 or equivalent. Status: application in progress.

Prequalification for main contractor supply chains. Status: application in progress.

CHAS

Health and safety assessment scheme. Status: application in progress.

ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001

Quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management systems. Status: application in progress.

BESA

Building Engineering Services Association membership. Status: application in progress.

Gas Safe Register

Legally required for gas work. Status: not applicable — we do not currently undertake gas works.
